a) Do you use and supplements and why?
I take some fish oil in the morning and night time, to help with inflamation from being out and about so actively, also to help with blood circulation, I also take some magnesium at night before bed, to help relax the muscles and prevent the cramping I tend to get in my calf and thigh. I also drink the 180 Protein Shake, just to get some Protein quickly into the body after workouts.
b) What do you have a weakness for and do you have any guidelines in place to prevent them getting our of hand?
Gelato Messina… First of all having no cash on hand as they only do eftpos, but when I find myself particuarly cashed up, I will go there with friends and we will share a few scoops.
c) In your opinion the key to good eating is?
Eat well consistently. You don’t have to ban yourself from treating yourself, just make sure you keep eating well you will sustain ideal health.
