Slow Cooked Beef Ribs with Super Easy Dry Rub

This dry rub is super easy and that’s why it’s a favourite. Ribs are a delicious cut, but I’ve actually used beef intercostal meat which is cheap and melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
Beef Spare Ribs (we usually use about 1.5-2kg for two meals worth)
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1/2 tsp Smokey paprika
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Line a deep baking tray with foil and lay the ribs evenly.
Mix all the dry ingredients together and then rub the mixture evenly over on both sides of all the ribs.
Cover the tray with foil and bake in the oven for 2.5 hours, then remove the foil and continue to bake further for 30 mins.
Serve your ribs with a delicious fresh coleslaw, sweet potato fries and, if you choose, try this with BBQ sauce recipe as an accompaniment too.
