It’s a satisfying feeling to be part of a team that has such a positive impact on people’s lives. I graduated from Health and Sports Science in 2004 as an Exercise Physiologist. It’s my job at Ignite to do whatever I can to ensure our clients are using Ignite and getting the great results that everyone wants.
Our 4 week online nutrition and lifestyle program, the ‘Good to Great’ has recently concluded and I wanted to take a chance to acknowledge the efforts and achievements of the participants!
Here is what some of our Good to Great Graduates had to say about the program:
“YAY FOR G2G… for the first time in about a decade, I weighed myself this morning and was under 84 kg. It’s all worth it!” Steven Godbee, who lost 4.6kg with a 3.6% reduction in Body Fat % in 4 weeks.
“I’ve stuck to my protein goal for every meal. This has been the biggest change for me. Alcohol free and feeling good. Your video on stress was great and I’m being much more mindful about my food and my habits” Jane MacDonald, who lost 3.5kg and 8cm off her waist in 4 weeks.

The results from the 21 participants who completed the program were as follows:
Average Weight Loss: 1.95kg
Average Fat Loss: 2.05kg
Average Body Fat % change: -1.92%
Average Waist Girth Reduction: -2.5cm
