We believe food is something that should be enjoyed and our eating Paleo program provides the framework for what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat to enable you to live in a healthy, lean, fit body for the rest of your life.
So what is the Eating Paleo Program?
The Eating Paleo program is a dedicated period of 4 weeks where you commit to starting a new healthier regime to really kick start some weight loss and health changes.
The program starts with an information packed workshop where we talk you through the best ways for you to lose weight, have more energy and get a better nights sleep.
In the workshop you will understand what are the things that you can change that will make the biggest difference to your results. During the program you keep a food diary and submit this to your Eating Paleo Coach each week who will give you feedback on how you are going and ways to do better. It’s as simple as that.
Oh yeah, and before and after the 4 week period we measure your weight and body composition with our bio-impedance machine.
What will you get from the program?
1. Lose between 2-7 kgs of body fat during the program and go on to lose all that you want
2. Create sustained energy levels right through the afternoon
3. Have a better nights sleep and feel more rested on waking
4. Increase lean muscle through proper fuelling of the muscles
