The CrossFit Open is a funny beast that can put fear in our hearts and joy on our faces.
It’s an annual 5 week personal development course delivered through exercise.

These days I’m in a much better place when it comes to the Open. Not on the leaderboard, in my head.
The Open for me these days is a celebration of all the hard work that I have put into my training for the last 12 months.
