The CrossFit Open is a funny beast that can put fear in our hearts and joy on our faces.
It’s an annual 5 week personal development course delivered through exercise.
I love and hate the CrossFit Open which I’ve written about it previously
And a relationship exists where we both love it and lose it all in the process.
Not really selling it, am I?
These days I’m in a much better place when it comes to the Open. Not on the leaderboard, in my head.
The Open for me these days is a celebration of all the hard work that I have put into my training for the last 12 months.
