With the 2011 CrossFit Games about to begin this weekend, Hoodie has done an interview with the team before they left for America.
The podcast covers interviews with each of the team members; Darren, Rochelle, Dan, Nadine, Scott and Stacey asking them question such as what they think the games will be like this year, what have they been working on as a team and what exercises do they fear most?

pps. I love the look of that first individual event: 210m ocean swim, 1500m soft sand run etc etc. They are just taking it to another level. Whoever stands on that dais at the end of the weekend can be considered a truly supreme athlete alright. Unbelievable!!
