It’s been over a year now since we have been putting our heads down and blogging regularly at Ignite.
Our goal is to try to better educate our community to help you achieve faster and more easily what it is that you want on your health and fitness journey. We feel that we have so much info in our heads but only limited time face to face that our blog is an important medium for getting the information out to you.
We have had some good feedback but as with much of the online world it’s a lonely place and we wonder if we are making a difference.
That’s why we want you to tell us what you want, so we can do our best to give it to you.
