I love working with the team that we have at Ignite. There is a strong work ethic, but we know how to have fun together too. Working and training with people who are passionate about the same things as me is priceless. I’ve been lucky enough to have competed in the CrossFit Games at ‘The Ranch’ in 2009.
We are all different – we all know that, so why do we expect to be able to copy what someone else is doing in order to get the same results? What we are learning more and more, both in the gym, when it comes to nutrition and even when it comes to lifestyle, is that there’s no one size fits all approach.
When it comes to changing the way you eat and changing to a Paleo approach there are certainly things that we recommend that you do, however, there are going to be different factors at play for everyone. So, it’s important to remain flexible and try things that work for you.
If you’re following our standard recommendations, but you feel you’re not seeing the results that you want, then be prepared to tweak what you’re doing.  Just because it works for one person, doesn’t mean it’s exactly right for you.
We are always striving to help our clients-get the best results for energy, performance, body composition and overall health. So don’t be afraid to ask questions, listen to our advice and, remember that this is your journey, so focus on yourself and not what others are doing to get what you want from it.
