5 Tips to Save you Time in the Kitchen

I love working with the team that we have at Ignite. There is a strong work ethic, but we know how to have fun together too. Working and training with people who are passionate about the same things as me is priceless. I’ve been lucky enough to have competed in the CrossFit Games at ‘The Ranch’ in 2009.
Most people you come across these days are time poor and that means that cooking can sometimes be a bit of a drag.
We always recommend that people try to prepare their own meals as much as possible because that way you know what’s going in and can also control how much.
I’m a big fan of saving time in the kitchen, so I’d like to share some easy tips that I use to make my life more simple; preparing garlic, ginger and fresh chilies the easy way, using herbs and choosing new recipes.

    Here’s my tip: I rarely peel carrots or potatoes. Why would you? The skin is fine, actually probably has some nutritional benefits. Just eat it!

    BTW Louie & Winnie are very cute and well behaved, what great assistants you have!
