A) Clean and Jerk – built to heavy single – allow 15mins

B) Sumo Deadlift 3×5 – inc weight every set – rest 90s

C) i) Ring Push Ups 3×6-12 reps
ii) Walking Lunges 3×20 steps, rest 60s

D) Complete 100 Sit Ups
