Nick, I hope you are feeling better. Take note of the sage advice of D., I listened and recovered beautifully.
I don’t like the row/run sub. Wouldv’e been happier with a slow jog but I still stood around a bit waiting for the bar to levitate.
Even after an appointment with the osteo y’day… my back is still locked up tighter than a…. (I’ll let Bill finish that sentence).
Suffice to say, I can’t actually think of anything productive that I could achieve in the gym until this osteo is able to free me up at the next appointment on Thurs morning.

I forgot the tabata GHD finisher, Graham and I both did it too but alternating and I cannot remember G’s scores but they were very similar to mine below:
