In pairs complete:
4 Rounds
100m Sprint
30 Overhead Squats (42.5kg/30kg)
90 Double Unders

*Run together, both can work at the same time, one with overhead squats, the other with double unders, change when needed until both exercises are finished.

1min Ankle Mobility
2 Rounds
5 Butterfly Pullups
10 Wallball
5 Pistols each leg
