    5×400 interval runs – 12.5,13,13.5,14,14.5/hr w 30 sec rest between
    3 rds 40 DU’s/10 ring rows/10 push ups

    Full squat clean practise to heavy 1 – 2@45, 2@50, 1@55, 1@57, 2@60

    3 rds : 10 Deadlifts (70), 20 wall ball (16kg), 30 paralette jumps – 6:15

    5 rds : 10 box jumps 24″/15 V-ups

    Karen, even Fran looks easier than what you did…she upset me so much I stopped kipping with her and had to resort to butterfly watching and storming off!
