A)  3-Position Clean (hang, below knee, floor) x4 sets – rest 60s

B)  Sumo Deadlift – 3×5 – rest 90s

C)  Overhead Press 4×5 inc weight – rest 90s

D)  i) Pistols 3×5 each side
ii) Kipping Pullups 3×10-15 – rest 60s
