Fear and Loathing of the CrossFit Open

So I’d like to share so I can hopefully educate and inspire those around me to shift from fear and loathing to fun and achieving.
Much of the fear associated with the Open comes from having an inflated or a deflated perception of our ability.
Don’t look at the leaderboard if it stresses you out.
The Open is and should be an expression of where your fitness is at, as defined by CrossFit.
All that you can and should ask of yourself is that you try your best. That is all.
