Why discipline trumps motivation

Nothing worthy comes easily or quickly. Many of you will look to motivation whilst planning and trying to fulfill your goals. Motivation can feel great, it can give you the little push forward you ‘needed’.
The trouble with this is that after these external forces stop driving you, you will soon run out of momentum. What you need to keep that momentum going is discipline.
