The reality is that the process of getting stronger, fitter, more muscular or leaner hasn’t really changed in years.

Specificity, consistency and small progressions. Rinse and repeat.

But with that preface in mind, I’m going to discuss three fitness myths that just don’t seem to die in the wider community. I can’t seem to get through a week where at least one of these doesn’t rear its ugly head in conversation.
