I'm the Founder, Owner and also a trainer of CrossFit Ignite Sydney.

First, we get your baseline.

We do this using non-invasive techniques (absolutely no callipers or pinch tests) to note your body fat, so that you can see just how far you've come when you've finished the program.

Then, we run our exclusive workshop.
