I also tried another CrossFit who are half the price of Ignite. There was no comparison. Ignite trainers are excellent & probably the biggest point of difference - both number of & quality of.

I was really impressed with the team and also their approach after a trial session. It was so different not to get the ‘hard-sell’ from a gym! The cost was pretty much on-par with a regular gym membership coupled with a PT session per week – so it just made sense to join Ignite.

I've been training at Crossfit Ignite since it opened in 2002. The reason I keep coming back is entirely down to the staff, they are highly skilled, professional, friendly and fun to train with. As I hurtle towards 50 I have maintained the weight, fitness and general health levels that enable me to fully enjoy my life.

NOT SURE YOU’RE READY FOR CROSSFIT?
LET DARREN GUIDE YOU THROUGH YOUR FIRST CROSSFIT PROGRAM AT HOME.
At Ignite we regularly talk about the importance of setting goals.
We have numerous times dissected the steps needed to set yourself up for the best chance to achieve your goals.
However, I have recently been introduced by a very intuitive friend of mine to an important step that should happen before goal setting. She refers to it as your Manifesto.
It’s overwhelmingly likely that if you’ve trained hard, you’ll have developed some niggles and injuries that set you back for a couple of weeks at a time.
It’s part and parcel of pushing for better performance.
However, there are plenty of things we can do to minimise the risk of injury by being smart about our training.
